Shipping & Delivery Policy
Where we deliver
Biryani Mate serves Bengaluru. Delivery availability, any delivery charge and the serviceable address are confirmed when the order is accepted. Please provide a complete address, landmark if useful, PIN code and a reachable phone number.
Pre-orders and timing
The daily pre-order cutoff is 11:59 PM Bengaluru time for the next available delivery day. You may request a later future date and a preferred delivery time. A requested date or time is not guaranteed until Biryani Mate confirms availability. Same-day delivery is not offered through the pre-order flow. Corporate Lunch Boxes and School Lunch Boxes require at least 20 packs each on that flow; Family Packs follow their displayed quantity rules.
Catering and regular orders
Catering delivery dates and quantities are agreed individually. Delivery options for regular Order Now items depend on availability and the details confirmed with you. We will communicate any applicable delivery charge before acceptance.
Delays or delivery issues
Traffic, weather, access restrictions or other events may cause delays. If we expect a material delay, we will contact you using the details supplied and discuss a revised time or another suitable resolution. Please tell us promptly if an order has not arrived as agreed or if there is a delivery problem. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
